Many-Arrows Stronghold
A massive, ancient fortress abandoned by the dwarves, most of which lies underground. Originally known as Felbarr.
Kilometers of hand-carved passages wind through the mountain, which nowadays are mostly seen only by orcs and orc prisoners.
Two massive guard gates block the road deeper into the fortress, and two watchposts atop the mountain guard the gates down in the valley.
A village has formed in the valley, along a small river at a crossroads, where most of the orcs' prisoners are housed. Several strongholds belonging to Obould's chieftains, meanwhile, are located within about 10km of the main fortress.
In total, the area is estimated to hold at least 50,000 orc warriors. The number of prisoners and their descendants is unknown. There's no information on female orcs, but they do exist too.
Not quite everyone living in the area is a prisoner, however. Some brave merchants have ventured into the area, since the strongest do indeed manage.
(Translator's note — flagged, not silently resolved: this file describes the fortress under active orc occupation, current name "Many-Arrows." But People/Emerus Warcrown.md states Emerus is now the "current ruler of Felbarr since the orcs left," implying the dwarves have since retaken it and the current name is Felbarr again — consistent with the resolved Vayne Thornheart naming note. This file may describe an earlier campaign state that hasn't been updated to reflect that; GM should reconcile or update.)
