Julissa Barne

High priest of Mielikki's temple. Druid, 9th lvl. Neutral Good. She's a woman in her thirties. She sees her most important task as keeping the High Forest relatively untouched. Her greatest fear is that the approaching troubled times will destroy the vast forest. She also has some kind of relationship with the Uthgardt tribes living near Evermoor and the High Forest. From them she knows that the Blue Bear tribe is no longer what it once was, and is slipping into a darkness slowly creeping from Hellgate Keep. Julissa also knows that Turlang keeps an eye on the area, even though there are ancient wards around it.

She wears neat trousers, brown boots, a long-sleeved overcoat, and a silk cloak that shimmers slightly in different colors. The overcoat is reddish with white trim. The coat has a small embroidered symbol of Mielikki, a unicorn's head.
