Moongleam Tower

A tower roughly two hundred years old, built of solid black stone. It rises the highest of anything in the whole city and is built around a small hill. A small forest surrounds the tower. The tower consists of four cylindrical towers that join at the top. Around the tower is a dry moat (which can be quickly filled with water).

Has stood empty for as long as anyone can remember.
