Auvandell

Auvandell is a small village in a valley at the eastern end of the Silverymoon Pass, located along the road between Silverymoon and Sundabar, at the point where the road descends from the pass.

Most residents are human, but there's also a small dwarven and halfling community. Most residents make their living from mining, and the other half are in the service of the Order of the Eternal Fire. The area is harsh, and it's difficult to grow anything there, so there are only a few farmers. Agriculture raises goats and sheep, and besides these, apple and cherry trees grow on the slopes.

The village has grown up around an ancient dwarf-built tower. The houses are built mainly from local stone and wood. According to legend, the dwarves' tower was built on the spot where Auvan Arlandspyr slew a dragon.

The village is led by Jortheyn Serpentbane, an elderly knight of the Order of the Eternal Fire.
